1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and kingsph ("kingsph," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the kingsph online casino platform accessible at kingsph.org and all associated services, games, promotions, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

3. Account Registration and Verification

3.1 Registration

To access real-money gaming features on kingsph, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process. You agree to maintain the accuracy of your registration information and to update it promptly if it changes.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

kingsph is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals and may conduct verification at any time. You agree to provide, upon request, copies of valid Philippine government-issued identification (such as SSS card, UMID, PhilHealth card, driver's license, or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. 3.3 Account Security

3.4 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one kingsph account. If kingsph determines that a player holds multiple accounts, kingsph reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated bonuses, and withhold any winnings derived from duplicate account activity.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Currency

All transactions on the kingsph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Where amounts are displayed in other currencies, they are for informational purposes only and the PHP equivalent applies.

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods

kingsph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers to and from major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts are also accepted for deposits.

kingsph does not accept cryptocurrency of any kind as a deposit or withdrawal method. Credit card gambling deposits are not accepted, consistent with applicable Philippine regulations.

4.3 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit on kingsph is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and selected payment method. Players may set personal deposit limits from their account settings as part of kingsph's responsible gaming tools.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completed KYC verification. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes for verified accounts. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. kingsph does not charge fees on standard withdrawal transactions, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by kingsph are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified for each promotion and must be met within the stated validity period. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

5.4 One Bonus Per Household

Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are limited to one per player, household, IP address, and device. kingsph reserves the right to limit bonus eligibility at its discretion.

6. Game Rules and Fairness

All games available on the kingsph Platform are governed by individual game rules accessible within each game interface. In the event of any discrepancy between game rules displayed within a game and these Terms, the game rules shall prevail for matters specific to that game.

kingsph's random number generator (RNG) games use independently audited RNG technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games use physical cards, wheels, and dice under multiple HD camera angles. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are disclosed for all slot titles.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.

kingsph reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, to void all associated bets and bonuses, and to withhold any funds pending investigation. kingsph may report suspected illegal activity to the relevant Philippine authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the kingsph Platform, including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, text, and user interface elements, is the exclusive property of kingsph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the kingsph Platform without prior written consent from kingsph.

kingsph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

kingsph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. kingsph is not liable for any loss or damage caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, internet outages, power failures, acts of God, or government actions.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

12.1 Termination by You

You may close your kingsph account at any time by contacting kingsph customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification.

12.2 Termination by kingsph

kingsph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if kingsph reasonably believes that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive. In cases of confirmed fraud or material breach, kingsph reserves the right to withhold account balances pending investigation and to report the matter to relevant Philippine authorities.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account for any reason, your licence to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and kingsph, you agree to first contact kingsph's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall limit kingsph's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.

14. Amendments to These Terms

kingsph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, kingsph will provide reasonable notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.1.
